Thank you all for your admirable patience!

Many of my readers have asked if I have a blog that can tell them about future releases. Well, I've finally found the time to do it, although it involved peeling my demanding children off me.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who has bought and read my books, especially as it meant taking a chance on a self-published author. I couldn't do any of this without you, so really thank you!

As for upcoming releases...The second book in 'The Phoenix Pack' series is Dante's story which I'm currently working on and plan to release in October - the poor guy is having a terrible time trying to get Greta to accept the female he doesn't yet realise is his true mate. I also plan to give each of the enforcers and Shaya their own story in the future. A popular question has been whether or not the rest of the pack will be included in each book. The answer is, yes they will. Another question has been whether or not I plan to kill off Greta. Well, it's tempting in many ways, but no.

After Dante's story, I'll be working on the follow-on book to 'Here Be Sexist Vampires' which I plan to release in January 2013. The book will, like the first, centre around Sam and Jared. I'm also hoping to write a short story for Evan and each member of the squad finding their own 'mate'. Instead of releasing them all separately, I'm planning to release three short stories at a time in one book. If I was to do a full novel for Evan and each member of the squad, I'd be writing about the Hollow for years and years and years and wouldn't have the time to write other books. That's the current plan anyway, and hopefully it will work out!

Oh and I have one more thank you...It is for still embracing my characters even though they are all full of flaws and issues who still manage to get their happy ever after. Flawed people can have a HEA too, right?

Speak to you all soon!

  2. I know it's about time, isn't it. I've just been really into my book lately and it kills me to come away from it! I've only been away from it for twenty minutes and I want to go back. Better not. I'll be up all night.

    1. October cannot come fast enough! This might be a weird question but the first time I read the 1st book of the Phoenix Pack, I got it into my head that Dante was dark skinned? Which is weird when I read it a second time, I couldn't find any description of him aside from his....size, lol! I must be going looney.

  12. Miss Suzanne

I am so happy to see you have a blog I have been searching frantically to see when the sequels to Feral Sins and Here Be Sexist Vampires. I read Feral Sins first because I am obsessed with werewolf stories and this one is by far the best!!! I love Taryn's mouthy attitude it is such a breath of fresh air! And then Jared and Sam are so awesome together! You are truly a gifted author and I can't wait to read whatever you put out next. You definitely have a devoted fan in me!!

    Melissa

P.S. I understand having to pull yourself away from kids except I am hiding from mine to read your books!!

  14. Fantastic writing style and superb characters. I have never felt the urge to comment on books I have read before but 'Feral Sins' and 'Here be sexist Vampires' had me hooked and I couldn't put them down. Read lots of books in this genre and yours are among the best. Can't wait to read the second books in both series. Until then I have just downloaded 'From Rags'. Congratulations!

  15. Thanks Emma both for buying my books and for your comments, hope you enjoy From Rags too! Take care!

  16. The flawed characters are what make your books so great! Honestly, I just do not appreciate a book as much without a good flawed character.

  17. So glad you are continuing the Phoenix Pack series even if it does mean I have to wait a bit longer while Amazon re-publishes. Glad I got the first version though since I didn't think there was anything wrong with the group scene. :)

PLEASE tell me you're still planning to release the follow up to Here Be Sexist Vampires in January. I laughed out loud reading both Feral Sins and Here Be Sexist Vampires and there aren't a lot of books where I giggle while reading. Can't wait to continue both series.

  20. I first read "Here be Sexist Vampires" loved it (have read it again, twice). Love the characters. I purchased your other books and loved them. Can't wait for the next - already pre-ordered. I have recommended "Here Be Sexist Vampires" to various friends when discussing 50 shades... it is so much better. This from a fan of Clive Cussler, James Patterson and Lee Child. Can't wait for the next one x

  21. Hi Linclass, thanks so much for buying and reading my books! Really appreciate you recommending HBSV too. I think I've got a long way to go before I can even slightly compare my work to EL James, but I do really appreciate the comment. Love James Patterson too! Take care, S :)
