I'm So Frickin Cold

Hope you all had a great Christmas! It was chaos in my house, but still great. Can't believe I have to take my tree down soon, it doesn't seem that long ago that I put it up. My daughter will be devastated as she thinks it's a new really pretty yet overgrown plant.

I got a Kindle paper white for Christmas, so if anyone knows of any good books, let me know. It's not that I'm too lazy to look for myself, I swear, it's simply that I've read so much already. I'm not sure if it's normal to be able to read a full novel in one day, but I tend to do that.

I haven't come up with any good new years resolutions yet. My friend suggested giving up all the chocolate and Skittles that I insist are part of my daily diet. Pfft. Like that will ever happen. Hey I know my weaknesses, I know my limits - I'm not ashamed to admit that I have no self-discipline when it comes to diets and stuff.

I'm struggling like mad to choose a title for my follow-on book to Here Be Sexist Vampires. Really struggling. Suggestions are welcome.

Hope you all have a great New Years Eve. Best wishes for 2013!

Take care,

Suzanne

  1. Well I'm not sure what you've already read, but I'm a sucker for the Shelly Laurenston series (magnus pack and pride series) I think you'd like them :) I've read Feral sins and hbsv...I am officially a huge fan! Can't wait for more :)

  2. Hi Autumn, I love Shelly Laurenston too! I've read the Magnus Pack series, but I haven't read all of the pride series...which ones stick out in your mind? If I haven't tried them, I will do.
Glad you really enjoyed Feral Sins and HBSV, thanks for buying and taking the time to read them. Take care,

  3. Hello again!
That's a tough question...I really like "the beast in him" and "big bad beast", because they have cameos with Sara and Angelina from Magnus pack. I'm going to sound like a book groupie here, but I really do love the whole series. The comedy, the vulgar language, the scorching hot sex, and of course the storyline with shifters :) I hope you're loving your kindle, I love, love, love mine! I just had my first child four months ago and reading is my quiet vacation from my little girl. I was trying to think of other books you could try too...I like "the grey court " and "halle" series by Dana Marie Bell, the "new species" series by Laurann Dohner, and everything put out by Carrie Ann Ryan, S.E. Smith, & Heather Killough-Walden. They have strong women, hot men, hot loving, some sort of paranormal element (its my thing), and hilarious dialogue. It's why I love your books too! Do you have any updates on your releases? You're doing a great job! I do hope you get some time for yourself this year, oh! And lots of chocolate! Happy reading and writing! :)

  4. I stumbled across Feral Sins this week and couldn't put it down! Once done, I immediately purchased HBSV and From Rags (I love my KINDLE!) - which I have just finished as well. I truly enjoyed all three and can't wait for your next book!!! I just have to say- thank God my kids are on Winter Break from school because I've been sitting on my ass in pj's reading all day until 3am and now have a crap of laundry to catch-up on! LOL. Thank you for a wonderful week of great reading!!! Erica

Book/ author recomendations um...ilona andrews Kate Daniels series, G A Aiken dragon series and possible Claudia Hall Christian's books although a slightly different genre than the other two they're really well writen and kind of adictive!! ;) (Also Nalini Singh is good)

Anyway have the dates of the other two marked on my calendar. Can you tell I'm looking forward to reading them?

Thank you so much for the amazing books!!

Can't wait :) mimi jean pamfiloff has a series I don't know if you have read but it starts with Accidentally in love with a God they are pretty good I've only read the first two in the series and haven't gotten around to the third one yet so I can't attest to that one.

  10. Check out ANY of the book series by Kristen Ashley. I started with "Knight" from the Unfinished Heroes series then went to the Dream Man series and then (backwards) to the Rock Chick series. All of them are fabulous. Very Alpha males falling in love. (Think what it would be like if Ranger from Stephanie Plum world fell in love with a kick-a@# female.) Loved all of those books.

(and I can't WAIT until "The Bite That Binds" comes out. Squeee!!!)
